XM2DX was part of the XM2CWI team during the 2001 Ham Radio DXpedition to GrindStone Island IOTA NA-038/CISA PQ-004 and 2001 IOTA contest. XM2CWI team was made of  VE2YAK, VE2AYU, VE2SEI, VE2TBH, VO1NO, VE2DX and VE2WHO operated from the Magdalen Islands (PQ-004); QRV Jul 26-Aug 2001; 80-10 M; SSB CW 

In September 2018 Ham Radio DXpedition to Iceland, VE2DX and XYL opened 12 different QRA locators while going all the way around the Icelandic coast. Our sponsors were MFJ, Outbacker.  Jonas TF3JB and the whole gang from the ICELANDIC RADIO ASSOCIATION TF3IRA were really great to help.

The 2019 Ham Radio DXPedition to Grosse iles NA-038/PQ-030 for the 50th anniversary of the 1969 Apollo 11 Moon Landing (Special Call Sign), the DXPedition was made of  Jim WA4YIZ, Becky KA4BEC, Richard VE2DX, and Michele Richard`s XYL. Our sponsors were MFJ, Steppir, Cable X-perts, and Quicksilver Radio.

VE2DX is an avid CISA (Canadian Islands activation) Ham Radio operator.  He has been operating from Jesus Island north of Montreal, Canada for more than 35 years. He as also activated multiple DXPedition CISA islands over the years.
